The Softie Dog Muzzle is a safe and comfortable restraint to stop dogs from biting and barking. Made from patented Dupont fabric, this muzzle will allow the dog to breathe normally, and is also exceptionally resistant to abrasions, punctures and tears. Adjustable straps secure quickly behind the dog's head, and the muzzle is almost impossible for the dog to pull off once secured.

Groomers Expert Tip: For the correct size, measure the circumference of the dog's muzzle at the widest point behind the nose. A muzzle should not be worn for prolonged periods.

Pallet Delivery
We use a specialist pallet delivery service for all large and heavy equipment items such as tables and baths. Pallets will be delivered curbside so please ensure that you have the correct assistance to bring your product(s) into your premises.

RETURNS
Distance Selling Regulations
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty. We will offer a refund to customers if you have notified us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to return your goods. Cancelled goods must be returned to Groomers Limited within a further 14 days after we have been notified. We will refund customers within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
No reason for return is required.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Your unwanted item must be unused in a re-saleable condition and in the original, undamaged, unopened product packaging with any labels still attached.
We recommend you keep the original packaging and wrap the return item well to avoid damage in transit. Please remember the packaging of the item is the responsibility of the sender, not the courier and Groomers Limited. We reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the refund or credit if an item is received unsuitable for re-sale as new. This will be assessed once the product is received.
If you are returning a large item such as a table, bath or cabinet, the item will need to be packaged safely on a pallet, this will be required by the courier for collection and return. If payment is required the cost is from £45.00 per pallet.
Please be aware that Gift Vouchers are non-returnable.
Any returns or exchanges on items purchased at events or shows will attract a standard delivery charge.
Please remember to include a Groomers Return Form or, if you prefer, a covering letter including your full name, address, contact telephone number, order number and email address so we know who the package is from in order to process your return.
Although this is a rare occurrence, we highly recommend using recorded post so that you can track your package should it go astray.

Refunds
We'll aim to refund all items within 24 hours of receipt in the same way you paid for your product.
If you paid by credit/debit card, the money will go back onto the same card.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
Returning Small Items by Royal Mail
If you are returning a small item by post (packet), please ensure the item is unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. We will need to resell the item so please ensure it is returned in the way that you would like to receive it. To avoid damages in transit, please wrap the item well, preferably in bubble wrap, and then use a strong box or jiffy bag to send the item. Don’t forget to include your Groomers Returns Form or a covering letter including your full address and telephone number so that we know who the package is from. We also recommend recorded post so that you can track your package, should it go astray.
Returning Large Items by Postal Service or Courier:
If you are returning a large item (2kg+) for a refund or credit note, please ensure the item is unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. We will need to resell the item so please ensure it is returned in the way that you would like to receive it. If the item is sold in an item specific box- e.g. dog cage, please ensure that no address labels or sender details are stuck onto this box. Please put the item in an outer box or wrap in black plastic/cellophane for stamps or courier labels. Please remember that packing an item for return is the responsibility of the sender, not of the courier. The item will need to reach us undamaged for us to be able to give you a full refund or exchange, so please package well for transit. Don’t forget to include your Groomers Returns Form or a covering letter including your full address and telephone number so that we know who the package is from. Again, we also recommend using recorded post or courier service so that you can track your package, should it go astray.
Pre-Loved Items
Items have a 7 day cooling off period and so can be returned for a full refund in the same condition as they were bought. Postage will be paid by the purchaser.
I ordered a soft muzzle for my Great Dane. Unfortunately, I had ordered an incorrect size so I spoke to Groomers and subsequently returned the muzzle with a request either for a replacement or a refund.
Around 2 months later I have still NOT received either.
Groomers' service is in my opinion appalling. I will not be ordering from them ever again!

Love how soft this muzzle is - made really well and the medium size fits my English Springer Spaniel only purchased cause she eats everything when off lead - if it’s on the floor she thinks it’s fair game, this has took the pressure off me and once again can enjoy her having a run around without worrying

I ordered the wrong size muzzle for my Labrador. I posted it back to be exchanged for a larger muzzle and I was sent an X-Large by return. This was excellent customer service. The new muzzle is the right fit and my dog does not seem to be able to get it off. He is comfortable wearing it. Many thanks.

There has been a spate of recent dog poisoning in the area I live by person/s unknown, at much loved dog walking parks!
If the poison is being ingested via ‘laced’ meat. I have fitted the muzzles to my two dogs to stop them eating anything when they are walking!
They are none to happy about wearing the muzzles but if it helps in keeping them alive, I will carry on!
Perhaps you could market the muzzles for this purpose in this sick world we live in!!!...

Excellent muzzle, especially for the groomer. For the dog it is nicely soft around their face with plenty of panting room, but should the dog be aggressive there are no sharp edges to injure the dog or the groomer so a pleasant experience all round

I liked the soft feel of this muzzle for both the dog and myself. I have been left bruised by dogs hitting me with the basket muzzles and have been nipped through the end of the tunnel style muzzles.
There was plenty of air getting to the dog and it was not distressed (anymore than the reason for it being muzzled)
