Click & Collect Service
Our Click & Collect service allows you to place an order online and collect it directly from our offices in Greenham Business Park. This service is offered for your conveniece and is free of charge*.
*A no-show fee will be charged for orders not collected in this time frame, the charge is equal to 10% of the order value.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically ready for collection within 3 hours of being placed.
Once you have placed your order online, you will receive two emails. The first one confirms we have received your order and it is being processed. The second one (Ready to collect) is to notify you that your order is available for pickup.
Please do not travel to the collection point before receiving this confirmation, as your order may not be ready.
Collection Requirements
When collecting your order, please bring the following:
A copy of your order confirmation (printed or on your phone)
Valid photo identification (driver's licence, passport, etc)
If someone else will be collecting on your behalf, please notify us in advance. The nominated person must present a copy of the order confirmation and their own ID.
Holding Period
We will hold your order for 14 calendar days from the date you receive your collection notification.
If the order is not collected within this period, it will be cancelled and refunded.*
Returns & Exchanges
Click & Collect orders follow the same returns policy as online purchases.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please return the item within 14 days, proof of purchase is required to process a refund or exchange. If you wish to return by post, postage will not be covered by Groomers unless the item is faulty.

Payment
All Click & Collect orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering through our website.
Stock Availability
In the unlikely event that an item in your order becomes unavailable after you place it, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative, a refund, or to adjust your order.
Service Limitations
The Click & Collect service may be temporarily suspended during busy trading periods, public holidays, or system maintenance. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this service at any time.
*A no-show admin fee will be charged at 10% of your order value.
