Delivery
As part of our commitment we offer a fast, efficient delivery service. Orders received by 12pm Monday to Friday will normally be shipped the same day. We also offer a click & collect service, please read more information here.
Orders placed online on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, when we are closed, will be despatched the next working day. Please notify us of any errors in your order within 14 days of receipt of your goods so they can be rectified promptly.

Pallet Delivery
We use a specialist pallet delivery service for all large and heavy equipment items such as tables and baths.
Delivery will take place anytime between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00.
If you require a more specific time for your delivery, please call us around 09:00AM on the day of delivery and we can obtain a 2-hour timeslot for you.
**PLEASE BE AWARE**
Delivery drivers are unable to move goods inside your property, so please ensure suitable assistance is available to receive and move your order safely.
Please tell us before dispatch if your delivery location has restricted access, such as narrow roads, vehicle weight or height restrictions, or limited parking. Failure to notify us may result in additional delivery charges or failed delivery attempts, for which you may be responsible.
If no one is available to accept a scheduled delivery or a re-delivery is required due to circumstances within your control, an additional £45 delivery charge may apply.

RETURNS
Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and before using it. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days so we can investigate promptly.
If no notification is received within this period, the goods will be deemed accepted as received in satisfactory condition and the order considered complete. We are unable to accept responsibility for issues reported after this period where the goods have not been inspected within a reasonable timeframe.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Distance Selling Regulations
If you are purchasing as a consumer, online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty. We will offer a refund to customers if you have notified us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to return your goods. Cancelled goods must be returned to Groomers Limited within a further 14 days after we have been notified. We will refund customers within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
No reason for return is required.
Returning your items
We offer a convenient pre-paid returns service for items up to 20kg.
Returns for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are free of charge.
For change of mind returns, you may use our pre-paid returns label, with a £5.50 return charge deducted from your refund.
You are also welcome to return your order using a carrier of your choice.
If you arrange your own return, please ensure your parcel includes your order details so we can identify it quickly. Unidentified returns will be retained for up to two months while we attempt to identify the sender before being disposed of.
Where collection assistance is requested for non-faulty large equipment items, any agreed collection charge will be deducted from your refund. Any applicable charges will be confirmed before collection is arranged.

Refunds
We aim to process refunds within 72 hours of receiving your return. In all cases, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been returned.
Refunds will be made using your original payment method. Please allow up to five working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Pre-Loved Items
Pre-Loved items can be returned within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were supplied. Standard return charges apply unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
