Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us by email, telephone or in writing before the cancellation period expires.

If Your Order Has Not Been Dispatched

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund using your original payment method.

If you contact us outside of our normal business hours, we will process your request as soon as reasonably possible on the next working day.

If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your right to cancel within the cancellation period.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, the goods must be returned within 14 days. Please see our Refund Policy for information about returning your order and how refunds are processed.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be available for pre-order before they are in stock.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it is treated as a standard order, and your cancellation rights will apply in accordance with this policy.

Exceptions

In certain circumstances, the right to cancel may not apply where an exception under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 exists. Where this applies, we will make this clear before you place your order.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
