Please note that warranties are not valid on any item shipped outside of the United Kingdom. Most manufacturers have their own warranty terms as detailed here. Specific product warranty information can be found below. If a brand does not appear in the list, the warranty will reflect the Groomers warranty terms for that product type.
Warranties apply to goods used for appropriate working practice such as motors, casings and leads. If, however, it is deemed an item has been misused or damaged then the warranty will be null and void. We reserve the right to contact an independent specialist to evaluate items in question. Evidence of this independent advice can be provided to the customer upon request.
Please note that should you receive an exchange/replacement item under warranty, the warranty period is not extended but remains in effect from your original purchase date.
All Groomers branded equipment has a 1-year warranty. All Groomers branded clothing has a 3-month warranty.

Scissors
Groomers Scissor Range
All Groomers scissors have been designed and engineered with quality materials and are made to last. We monitor the quality of our products to ensure there are no workmanship issues present before sending them out and are confident that our customers are getting the best product delivered to them; brand new, and in full working condition. Please check your scissors upon receipt before use for any damage, dents, scratches or nicks.
If you do encounter any damage, all our scissors come with a 1-year warranty, which covers the replacement of scissors that are damaged or defective due to manufacturing defaults. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage caused by the user from not following care guidelines, dropping, misusing, or damaging the item through regular wear and tear, or by incorrectly cleaning, tensioning, aligning or sharpening the scissors. Any sign of accidental damage will void the warranty.
Our warranty also does not include the re-sharpening, tensioning or aligning of scissors.
Guest Brand Scissors
Roseline Scissors carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Accidental damage and improper use are not covered. Warranty does not include the re-sharpening, tensioning or aligning of scissors.
Kanpeki scissors carry a lifetime guarantee against any material, manufacturing or craftsmanship defect. Accidental damage and improper use are not covered. Warranty does not include the re-sharpening, tensioning or aligning of scissors.
Clippers and Trimmers
All Andis, Groomers and Wahl Clippers and Trimmers come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified on the product page.
If the product/fault is within warranty, the item will be replaced.
Clipper blades are a wearing part and therefore are not covered by the same warranty. Blades have a 7 day warranty, after this time they will no longer be covered.
Aesculap Warranty Terms and Conditions
Aesculap offer a 2-year warranty. The warranty is subject to product inspection by Aesculap or their nominated supplier. If a product is faulty, please contact us to arrange for it to be sent back to Aesculap for inspection.
If the product/fault is within warranty, the item will be repaired and returned to the customer. The warranty period will continue from original purchase date. Any replacement parts will have a 6-months warranty period from date of repair.
In the event the fault cannot be corrected, and the product is within the warranty period, a replacement or full refund will be offered.
The warranty is not valid if the product has been altered or damaged due to misuse.
In the event that a fault is not covered by the warranty a quote will be issued for repair, this can be accepted or declined and the item will be returned to the customer.
A £25 inspection fee is applicable to all returned products where no fault is found, or the fault is not covered by warranty.
Clipper blades are a waring part and therefore are not covered by warranty.
Heiniger Warranty Terms and Conditions
Heiniger offer a 2-year warranty on their clippers and trimmers. If a product is faulty, please contact us to arrange for it to be sent back to Heiniger for inspection.
If the product/fault is within warranty, the item will be repaired and returned to the customer. In the event the fault cannot be corrected, and the product is within the warranty period a replacement or full refund will be offered.
The warranty is not valid if the product has been altered or damaged due to misuse.
Clipper blades are a waring part and therefore are not covered by warranty.
Clothing
All Groomers branded clothing has a 3-month warranty. Please check your clothing upon receipt before use for any damage or defects and notify us within 14 days of delivery.

All Groomers branded large equipment has a 1-year warranty, which covers the replacement of mechanical parts that are damaged or defective due to manufacturing defaults. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage caused by the user from not following care guidelines, misusing, or damaging the item through regular wear and tear, or by incorrectly cleaning the equipment. Any sign of accidental damage will void the warranty.
Guest Brand Large Equipment
All Guest Brand Large Equipment comes with a 1-year warranty, which covers the replacement of mechanical parts that are damaged or defective due to manufacturing defaults. Accidental damage, poor maintenance and improper use is not covered.

All Groomers branded dryers and blasters have a 1-year warranty, which covers replacement if the item is damaged or defective due to manufacturing defaults. All X-Power Dryers & Blasters come with a 6-month warranty which covers the replacement of mechanical parts that are damaged or defective due to manufacturing defaults. Accidental damage, poor maintenance and improper use is not covered. Wear and tear items such as hoses, nozzles and filters are not covered by warranty.
Tools & Accessories
Groomers Branded Tools & Accessories
All Groomers Branded Tools & Accessories carry a 1-year warranty, which covers any material, manufacturing or craftsmanship defect. It does not cover damage by normal wear and tear or improper care or use.
Guest Brand Tools & Accessories
Bass items carry a 1-year warranty, which covers any material, manufacturing or craftmanship defects. Any item found to be defective under these terms, within the warranty period, will be replaced. The warranty is void if the item as been altered, abused, misused, damaged by accident, damaged by unauthorised adjustment and/or repair, or damaged by failure to provide reasonable and necessary care. The warranty does not apply to normal wear of any parts including pins, wood, rubber or other materials surface finish.
Shampoos, Sprays & Consumable Products
All Brand Shampoos, Sprays & Consumable Products
Please note that shampoos, sprays, conditioners, and other consumable grooming products are not supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty. As these products are consumable in nature and performance can vary depending on usage, dilution, storage conditions, coat type, and application, we are unable to offer warranty coverage once the product has been opened or used.
Please note that fragrance preferences are subjective and personal to each individual. Dislike of a product’s scent or fragrance strength does not constitute a fault and is not considered a valid reason for warranty claim or defective product reporting.
