iPET Network Level 3 Award in Hand Stripping

The iPET Network Level 3 Award in Hand Stripping is aimed at Candidates who wish to gain the skills and knowledge to hand strip a range of breeds and styles whilst carrying out safe handling techniques.

This is a widely used grooming technique for specific breeds that produces a natural finish to a coat. Wire-coated breeds such as Border Terriers or Silk coated breeds such as Cocker Spaniels can benefit from this form of grooming and during the course of this qualification, learners gain practical and theoretical knowledge of grooming both coat types. This qualification is ideal for dog groomers looking to extend and evidence their skill or dog owners who have hand-stripped breeds of dogs that they wish to groom correctly.

The course is a 1 day in person course, in Cheshire.
