Large Equipment Delivery Information

Delivery

Large equipment, including selected grooming tables, baths and other oversized items, is delivered using a specialist pallet delivery service.

Pallet deliveries are made kerbside. Delivery drivers are unable to move goods inside your property, so please ensure suitable assistance is available to receive and move your order safely.

Please tell us before dispatch if your delivery location has restricted access, such as narrow roads, vehicle weight or height restrictions, or limited parking. Failure to notify us may result in additional delivery charges or failed delivery attempts, for which you may be responsible.

If no one is available to accept a scheduled delivery or a re-delivery is required due to circumstances within your control, an additional £45 delivery charge may apply.
