Julie Harris Signature - Coat Management Spray
This coat management spray is a kit bag essential that will save your day over and over again! It features a light, mild formula that works like a dream to gently detangle hair, working even on thick, heavy hair. This spray not only detangles but is excellent to loosely hold the hair for clipping, trimming and scissoring work.
It can be used repeatedly throughout the grooming session without product build-up that might weigh the hair down. The formula is extra kind to skin, and is suitable even for the most sensitive dogs.
The bottle produces an extra fine mist which gives uniform product coverage and even sprays upside-down, so you can get to all those difficult to reach areas.
Delivery
As part of our commitment we offer a fast, efficient delivery service. Orders received by 12pm Monday to Friday will normally be shipped the same day. UK Mainland orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge.
Any delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands may be subject to a surcharge.
Large, heavy, equipment items such as tables and baths are dispatched via a specialist carrier. Please note that pallets will be delivered curbside. Please make sure you have the correct assistance to bring your product into your premises.
We politely ask you to notify us of any errors in your order within seven days of receipt so they can be rectified promptly.
Please note that orders placed online on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, when we are closed, will be dispatched the next working day.
Express Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: We have temporarily suspended our Express Delivery service until further notice. The recent changes in Covid Tier restrictions has impacted many delivery services which currently cannot be guaranteed for next working day delivery. We will resume our Express Delivery service as soon as it is possible.
UK Offshore Standard Delivery
Deliveries to UK offshore addresses (including NI, ROI, Highlands and Islands) are charged at individual rates in accordance with prices from Royal Mail. These are available at the time of ordering and will feature online at the basket checkout.
International Export

Returns
Distance Selling Regulations
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty. We will offer a refund to customers if you have notified us in writing within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your order. Cancelled goods must be returned to Groomers Limited within a further 14 days after we have been notified. We will refund customers within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
No reason for return is required.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Your unwanted item must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original, undamaged, unopened product packaging with any labels still attached.
We recommend you keep the original packaging and wrap the return item well to avoid damage in transit. Please remember the packaging of the item is the responsibility of the sender, not the courier and Groomers Limited. We reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the refund or credit if an item is received unsuitable for re-sale as new. This will be assessed once the product is received.
If you are returning a large item such as a table, bath or cabinet, the item will need to be packaged safely on a pallet, this will be required by the courier for collection and return. If payment is required the cost is from £45.00 per pallet.

Any returns or exchanges on items purchased at events or shows will attract a standard delivery charge.
Please remember to include a Groomers Return Form which you can download from our website or, if you prefer, a covering letter including your full name, address and contact telephone number so we know who the package is from. We will need to contact you to arrange payment or a refund.
Although this is a rare occurrence, we highly recommend using recorded post so that you can track your package should it go astray.

Refunds
We will aim to refund all items within 24 hours of receipt (subject to our returns policy).
Please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to reach your debit or credit card as standard. We can only refund any amount due on the card used for original payment.
Returning Small Items by Royal Mail
If you are returning a small item by post (packet), please ensure the item is unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. We will need to resell the item so please ensure it is returned in the way that you would like to receive it. To avoid damages in transit, please wrap the item well, preferably in bubble wrap, and then use a strong box or jiffy bag to send the item. Returning Large Items by Postal Service or Courier:
If you are returning a large item (2kg+) for a refund or credit note, please ensure the item is unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. If the item is sold in an item specific box- e.g. dog cage, please ensure that no address labels or sender details are stuck onto this box. Pre-Loved Items
Items have a 7 day cooling off period and so can be returned for a full refund in the same condition as they were bought. Postage will be paid by the purchaser.

I have been using Julie Harris coat management spray since attending a training day with her at Groomers. I have been so impressed. It has been a total game changer. It has certainly reduced the amount of time it takes to brush knots out of coats. The knots just slide off my comb. It smells lovely to and I no longer use colognes as my customers love the scent it leaves. I wouldn’t be without it.

Absolutely magical spray. My little bichon was very matted and had such sore skin when I rescued her. She was scared of being brushed (understandable as she had been handled really roughly). This is an EXCELLENT product. I have a Lhasa Apso in full coat but very difficult to keep. It tends to be fly away, dry and fluffy and I was just about ready to get him clipped in but with the Coat Management Spray all that has changed. A light spray and the brush goes through the coat easily plus there is less matting and he has a shiny coat now. I cannot thank you enough Julie Harris. I am going to try one of her shampoos next.

This helps to reduce knots and help between grooms, leaves a great shine to the coat, I’m sure it also reduces drying time, only negative is sometimes you get a yellow jelly like substance appear in the bottle that clogs up the spray.

This spray is a must have in my salon. Brushes and combs just glide through coats and makes minimum effort on matts as well as leaving the coat feel so soft.
I would like to see it in a smaller retail type bottle so it would be a lower price and then I think customers would be more whiling to buy it too

I am hugely impressed with this grooming spray, I have Briards with a harsh outer coat, most sprays leave the coat too greasy and soft, but this one doesn't, it has a super spray very light, and can be used upside down, lightly perfumed and just the right amount of hold, especially on windy show days! Fabulous stuff! The spray gives a lovely finish to the coat, blades and Comb atachments glide through with ease. I had run out of this at the most busy time of the year and totally noticed the difference in the finish. With the spray the coat is glossy, soft and static is reduced. I use this on all coat types and wouldn't be without it now. I haven't used anything to beat it. It's just brilliant!

Bought for my dogs coats after a beach holiday. After playing in the sea, rolling around on the sand and garden they were full of tangled and knots.
I found the product coated the hair and eased the removal of knots without damaging or pulling out the hair. I found it especially good on the fine hairs of their abdomen.
Good aroma and no sticky residue would thoroughly recommend it

This is the first dematting spray I’ve ever used that actually works! It halved the time it usually takes me to prep a very knotty welsh terrier and made for a much more pleasant and relaxing groom for both myself and the dog. Would definitely recommend!

What a great product. I have two cockapoos and it works magic on their coats. Once the product is brushed through, it stays soft and silky for a couple days, which helps the daily brush through immensely. I wouldn't be without this spray, its one of my grooming essentials.

It's essential! I spray it into the flow of the hair drier to get a good, even coating at the base of the coat. It produces a really fine mist that you can even spray upside down. Any knots practically melt away under my brush!

I absolutely love this product! Sprayed onto towel dried coat it not only helps to dry quicker but the coat is easier to scissor or clip. It's as if my tools are extra sharp. Used on a double coat the deshedding is so much more efficient! Can't be without this product now, I'm so impressed!

I love this spray, it really does make tangles disappear with ease. When I'm without it I slightly panic. In my opinion it's better than secret weapon. This product continues to work on the coat after they leave the salon helping to maintain a nice soft healthy looking coat. Smells gorgeous to. The only downside is it does make some floor surfaces slippery.

I was so happily suprised at how well this product actually worked in the salon.
Clips offs due to matting and tangles we were able to brush out easily with this excellent product. Particularly Cockerpoos and cavipoos with wool coats. Double coated breeds like German shepards and Retrievers that have such thick undercoat causing matting were brushing through beautifully. Shave offs on Border terriers and tricky coats which leave lines after a spray and brush were coming out clipper line free.
It also leaves the coat smelling AMAZING, so silky soft and smooth and much more manageable for customers when they got home.
I have been suggesting it to customers to buy to help them with difficult coats at home.
I am totally in love with this product! I feel like every salon should have the chance to provide this service for our customers because at the end of the day we want to be the best and i feel this product 100% helps us reach that goal.
