Dog Rehoming and Dog Adoption


Founded in 1891, Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK. Their mission is to bring about the day when all dogs can enjoy a happy life, free from the threat of unnecessary destruction.

Dogs Trust currently has 20 rehoming centres across the UK and Ireland, full of dogs needing a new home, and at any one time the trust cares for over 1500 dogs.

Recent Campaigns

Dogs Trust campaigns to promote responsible dog ownership, helping to end the destruction of healthy dogs. Recent campaigns include: dog fouling, microchipping, hot dogs in cars.

How Can I Get Involved?

You can get involved in the Dog Trust in a variety of ways, including rehoming a dog from one of their rehoming centres, fostering a dog that isn’t cut out for kennels until they can find a forever home, sponsoring a dog, becoming a member of Dogs Trust, fundraising on behalf of Dogs Trust and volunteering.
