The London Vet Show is now in its sixth year and is a well-established event ideal for professionals interested in animal health. This conference-led exhibition offers a range of talks on various medical topics, business practices, careers and current issues. An unprecedented number of exhibitors will be there to answer your questions and to help you learn about the latest trends, products and services available.
The show provides excellent opportunities for networking and learning more about animal health. You will be able to ask questions to a large number of animal health experts, allowing you to increase your knowledge and make new contacts. Groomers Ltd. will be exhibiting for the first year in November with a professional grooming stand. With over 60 speakers attending, the event will be educational and will encourage high audience interaction. Among the speakers for the seminars will be notables from the British Veterinary Association, the British Veterinary Zoological Society, the Royal Veterinary College, British Veterinary Nursing Association, the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors and IDEXX Laboratories.
The show features seven streams of conferences, including pet, equine, farm, business, advanced nursing and advanced diagnostics. Five of these are clinical streams ideal for those in the veterinary profession, where delegates will learn the most up-to-date practises and discuss important issues including consultation, diagnosis and choosing the appropriate solution to an illness. All of the talks will include expert advice and will give opportunities to ask questions. Many attendees will find the business stream extremely helpful as it covers time management, PR, complaints, staff issues, competition and marketing. General animal care talks are also included, with subjects ranging from rabies and parasites to dangerous dogs and animal abuse.
Subjects covered in the pet stream include respiratory problems, allergies and pet obesity.
