Groomers Christmas Gift Guide

Tis the season, so here are our gift recommendations for dogs and dog lovers:

Warm weather gear. If your dog feels the cold, investing in a practical dog coat is an ideal Christmas gift. Try to find one that is warm, wind and waterproof – we like the Aspen Parka Jacket.

Bake some homemade Christmas biscuits. Look out for our blog next Friday for a brand new dog biscuits recipe especially for Christmas. They make great presents dogs love.

Buy some tasty festive treats. If baking isn’t really your thing then there are plenty of dog-friendly treats available on our website, such as Hatchwell’s After Dinner Mints, made with tasty carob and peppermint.

Try some festive toys. These are an ideal way to keep pets (and owners!) entertained, and are useful for keeping an excitable pup preoccupied while you are busy with any Christmas preparations.

Offer your dog a warm, cosy bed. Invest in a thermal bed or blanket to keep him warm on cold Christmas nights.

Take your dog for a long winter’s stroll. A whole day walking with their owner(s) in the country – often for a dog there is no gift better!

Pet Lovers

Try some festive fragrance. This Christmas, Groomers are offering a limited edition festive fragrance collection, which includes a shampoo and a fragrance spray. With a seasonal scent, this would be a thoughtful gift for any dog owner.

Try a barrier rug. Ideal for any house-proud dog lover, barrier rugs help absorb mud and moisture after wet winter walks. Available in a range of stylish designs, we love the Muddy Paws Barrier Rug in particular.

Jewellery. Jewellery gift are perfect at Christmas, and at Groomers we have a wide range of jewellery, currently with 10% off the entire range throughout December. To view our jewellery section click here.
