How to add an order to your shopping basket
When you reach an item you want to order, simply click on 'Buy Now' or 'Add To Basket' and a screen will appear advising 'The Shopping Basket contains:'.

How to change the quantity of a product
To increase or decrease the quantity of a product, click on 'Shopping Basket', change the number in the quantity box and click on 'Update Basket'. The page will refresh, showing the new quantity and amended pricing.

How to remove a product
To remove a product, enter '0' in the quantity box and click on the 'Update Basket' button. The page will refresh to update this request.

How to access 'Your Order' while browsing
You can check the items in your basket at any time by clicking on 'Shopping Basket', which is available on top of every page. You'll see your current shopping list and balance, and you can increase/decrease quantities or remove items if you want to.

How to place and pay for orders using 'Your Order'
When you have finished adding items to your basket and wish to buy, click on 'Checkout'.

Personal Details page
Enter your name, address, telephone and e-mail details, there is an asterisk next to the fields which need to be filled in to continue with the order. Then click on the 'Go to Next Stage' button.

Delivery Details page
This allows you to specify where you would like your goods delivered to. If the delivery address is the same as the address in your personal details, click the check box and it will copy your details into the fields for you. If the delivery address is different, then you will need to fill in the correct details on the form. This page also gives you the total cost of your order. Then click on the 'Go to Next Stage' button.

Payment Details page
You will need to have your credit/debit card details handy to fill out this page and we will also ask you to confirm you've read our Terms & Conditions by clicking in the tick box. Then, to send you order and payment through to us, simply click on Submit My Order. Following this, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.

Changing the details of your order
To change your details, cancel the order, or if you've placed it by mistake, you can call one of our friendly advisors on 01635 581958 who will be happy to help. Lines are open between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
